After graduation, she went on to work at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital, helping to run their Weight Management Program and spending time as a clinical dietitian.
Hannah has been an athlete her whole life and came from a very competitive, active family. She spent the majority of her adolescence and childhood in an ice arena, competing as an elite figure skater. She also played volleyball, swam in her younger years, and competed in equestrian sports. Today, she continues to coach and compete in the equestrian sport of 3-day eventing. She also enjoys hiking, backpacking, weightlifting, running, and anything else that allows her to be active outdoors.
Nothing brings Hannah more joy than working with a client to achieve a new goal. Helping others push themselves and get to that next level is what motivates her to do what she does! She is so excited to help you troubleshoot your nutrition to improve your performance while optimizing your health!
