After being involved in soccer most of her life, Meghan grew to love the environment sports offered and decided to continue playing at the collegiate level for Calvin University. She graduated with a degree in Exercise Science in 2022 and received her CPT certification through the NSCA following graduation. With her background in sports and her passion for holistic health and corporate wellness, she decided to pursue coaching with Athletic Mentors to walk alongside clients in their own journeys.
