Shared Wellness Programs
The AM Wellness Shared Portal option provides clients and their employees with both a comprehensive Wellness Portal and App that is shared with other AM Wellness clients. The portal allows participants to access all elements of the program while the AM Coached App puts monthly challenges, daily content, and communication with a coach right at the user’s fingertips. Shared Portal clients receive regular program updates through monthly meetings with their AM Wellness Coach and Account Manager.

Wellness Portal & AM Wellness App
AM Wellness provides a comprehensive Wellness Portal that provides employees access to a large resource library that includes articles and videos on all areas of wellbeing some of which include, mental health, financial wellness, sleep and nutrition. The portal also contains a catalog of recorded workouts plus the option to participate in various livestream classes. The AM Coached App allows for easy and private messaging with a coach, monthly challenge reporting, daily wellbeing tips, and activity tracking.
Monthly Challenges
AM Wellness offers a variety of inclusive wellness challenges that are engaging and educational. Physical, mental, and nutritional challenges are designed to be accessible and encouraging to all employees and offer participants the opportunity and resources to make personal health improvements. Incentives are awarded to both top performers and randomly selected engaged participants.
Consistent Communication
AM Wellness Clients meet monthly with their assigned Coach and Account Manager to review progress and plan for upcoming wellness activities. This meeting includes a year to date summary report of employee wellness engagement statistics.
